Fabulous Felines wishes to honor our dear friend and colleague, Sue Cooper Lacey, who passed away this December.
When Sue first came to volunteer at Fabulous Felines, she was quick to make friends with the cats and other volunteers. She was full of energy that she was happy to share with everyone at the foster house, human and feline alike. When the cats needed extra care, or just a loving person to bond with, Sue was there. We will always remember the love she shared with all the cats in our care.
Sue loved the outdoors and worked in and explored the wildlands across the West. She often spoke of her time working in Yosemite and her love of the Sierras.
She was 67 years old when she passed from a sudden heart attack.
