Join Us For Our Midsummer's Fantasy Fundraiser
Planning for the Midsummer's Fantasy Fundraiser is almost here, and planning is moving along. It will be held on June 30 from 2:00 to 6:00 in the auditorium at the Jewish Community Center. We have lined up music, catered snacks, some terrific items for our silent auction (ranging from restaurant gift cards to cat paraphernalia - both practical and fun) and a chance to mingle with the rest of the Fabulous Community and learn more about the work we are doing for the cats that share our community. Probate Judge Willow Parks will speak to us on the importance of planning for your companion animals and pets in the event you are no longer able to care for them, including options such as including their care in a financial power of attorney, setting up a pet-trust, and/or leaving provisions for them in your will.
